Operational Flow & League Execution

Coordinating national qualifiers for ESFI requires a highly structured operational workflow, as competitive fairness, broadcast timing, and lobby security are critical. My volunteering role spanned across the pre-event preparations and live matchday administrations for the national qualifiers in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) and FreeFire Max:

1

Tournament Prep & Event Roadmapping

Collaborated with core administrators to map out tournament stages, set up qualifier roadmaps, and configure the master competition calendar across weeks.

2

Roster Verification & Matchday Notification

Managed verified playing teams rosters, tracked captain check-ins, and established player communication loops by dispatching match notifications, timers, and lobby rules guidelines.

3

Lobby Administration & Live Hosting

Configured custom server rooms, invited team captains, verified in-lobby rosters against registered lists to prevent ringers/unauthorized players, and officiated on-time match launches.

4

Stat Processing & Broadcast Syncing

Monitored active gameplay to enforce tournament policies. Compiled rank points and kill counts at the end of each round, generating accurate live score sheets to feed the production broadcast overlays.

"Maintaining absolute tournament fairness under national broadcast spotlights." — Enforcing verified check-in procedures, resolving discord queries in real-time, and compiling stats post-match allowed for smooth broadcast integrations during high-stakes national qualifiers.
